We specialize in specialty casting, but that is not all we do.

There are many casting directors who can cast a commercial.

What distinguishes us and makes us ultimately of value to you is that we come at it a little differently.

We look for the reality in the character sought. That means knowing the right actors to bring into a studio casting. Sometimes it means scouring the country or the world to find the real Doctor, Fireman, or just wildly unique person.

In our studio sessions we often combine actors with "real people" to great result.

WHAT YOU GET

In my apprenticeship I worked directing sessions for literally every commercial casting director in Los Angeles. I know what makes an illuminating session.

I worked for twenty years as a commercial actor. I know acting and I understand actors.

I have written, produced, and directed my own films and commercials (see Director's page).

I am something of a perfectionist (although I can find the beauty in imperfection).

And most importantly, I love my work. I love the form, and take joy in the challenges and results of bringing concept to life.
